YMCA at Franklin is Now Hiring for Youth Sports Official Position Type

Part-time Pay Range starts at $22 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Hey there, future MVP! If you love sports, thrive in high-energy environments, and have a heart for helping kids grow through play, we want YOU on our team as a Youth Sports Official at the YMCA of Middle Tennessee!

We’re looking for someone who’s all about fairness, fun, and fostering sportsmanship. You’ll be the on-the-field leader making sure our soccer games run smoothly. From making calls and managing the game clock to helping young players understand the rules, your presence sets the tone for a safe, positive, and exciting game day experience.

Before and after games, you’ll check equipment, pitch in with setup and cleanup, and touch base with coaches to keep everything running like clockwork. You’ll bring the Y’s core values—Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility—to life as a role model for every kid on the field. You'll also attend trainings, complete simple game reports, and help make every game day one to remember!
