- We are looking for passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide exceptional behavioral support to children and adults experiencing a range of behavioral challenges.
- As a BCBA at Patterns Behavioral Services, you will work within a collaborative team to assess client needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

- YOUR VALUED ROLE In this role, you will be responsible for: Conducting functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors.
- Designing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans.
- Providing direct behavior analysis therapy to clients in various settings.
- Supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians and support staff.
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
- Collecting and analyzing data to monitor treatment effectiveness.
- Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of client progress.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
