Residential Counselor - Allenbrook Program

• NFI Vermont's Allenbrook Program is looking for a full-time residential counselor.
• Allenbrook is a co-ed group home located in South Burlington that provides community-based treatment for adolescents.
• Residential counselors provide day to day support in the home and community.
• This includes teaching independent living skills, providing transportation, participating in recreational activities and helping to manage a family-like household.
• In-ground pool, basketball court and large garden onsite.
• Pay range for this position is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour based on experience.
• The schedule includes working Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday roughly 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Experience in residential care or with parenting teenagers is desired but not required.
• This position is fully benefited to include medical, dental, vision and paid time off.
