Job description

  • Albans WRAP is looking for an energetic, empathetic, patient, and nurturing case manager to join our team of skilled mental health professionals!
  • You must be motivated to help children and families make positive changes in their lives and have prior experience working with youth and/or families in the fields of Social Work, Psychology, or Education.
  • A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field is required.
  • This position involves providing treatment-based activities to clients in a variety of community and home-based settings.
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

  • Must have personal life experience as a parent or caregiver of at-risk child(ren).
  • High School Diploma, General Equivalency Degree or higher.
  • Ability to be flexible and work in a changing environment.
  • Experience working with families/children involved with the juvenile justice system, dependency court system, child welfare system.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to relate to a culturally diverse clientele and professional colleagues.
  • Possession of a valid Vermont driver’s license, and utilization of their personal vehicle.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Familiar with Windows operations system, MS WORD, EXCEL, email, etc.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.

This position is 40 hours per week with a pay range of $21-$23 p/hour and offers a comprehensive benefits package including tuition reimbursement.
