Job Coach, Full-Time

• Behavioral Health Associates (BHA) is an educational organization.
• We offer an academic learning environment integrated with behavior support services for students diagnosed with emotional/behavioral disorders to empower the students in overcoming challenges and creating new stories in their lives.
• We currently have an opening for a full-time Job Coach.
• POSITION GOAL As a Job Coach you will provide constant supervision and motivate students to develop their full work potential.
• ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Transport students to and from scheduled work sites (company provided vehicle).
• Supervise students at the job site following BHA Career Employment Program Training Guidelines.
• Follow all safety driving laws as per Job Coach Training Guidelines.
• Complete daily student evaluation form.
• Attend required yearly trainings.
• Communicate any questions, concerns about students and businesses to Program Director.
• Will perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent (G.E.D.). Experience working with children/students, preferred. Utilizes effective written and oral expression. Basic computer literacy. Valid Driver’s License. Must provide successful and continued renewal of required clearances.
