Locations
Provide pediatric speech and language therapy services within home settings, including conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include documenting patient progress and coaching caregivers to support skill carryover.
Candidates must hold an active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License, CPR Certification, and Article 9 Certification. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with pediatric or home health experience preferred.
