Job description
PYG Therapy is expanding our pediatric therapy team and is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to provide in-home services to children and families throughout Arizona. We welcome both experienced clinicians and those looking to develop their skills within pediatric home health.

- Compensation
- Hourly rates ranging from $46-$75 per visit

What you'll do
As a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, you will provide treatment services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist while helping children achieve their communication goals.
Responsibilities
- include:
- Deliver speech therapy interventions in the home environment under the direction of a supervising SLP
- Carry out treatment plans and therapy activities established by the supervising therapist
- Document patient participation, progress, and outcomes in a timely manner
- Educate caregivers on strategies and activities that support progress outside of therapy sessions
- Communicate regularly with supervising therapists regarding patient status and treatment needs
- Foster positive relationships with patients, caregivers, and community members

- W-2 employment or 1099 contract arrangements
- Custom schedules ranging from approximately 8-25 visits weekly
- Opportunities throughout multiple Arizona communities

Required qualifications
Applicants must possess
- Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license
- Current CPR certification
- Article 9 certification
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with supervising clinicians
- Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills
