Provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, center, and community settings. Collect treatment plan and goal data while teaching communication, social, and self-help skills.
Requires at least two years of college education (60 credit hours) and a reliable vehicle for transportation. Candidates should have experience or a passion for education, healthcare, or behavioral health services.
Behavioral Health Works is seeking fun & energetic individuals who will provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to individuals in need of support. Our Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s) teach communication skills, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills through Applied Behavioral Analysis principles. Our program is overseen by Clinical Directors and highly experienced BCBAs that can offer supervision as well. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training is provided. Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in ABA, education, or applicable background and education.
