Job Description
This position is located in West Philadelphia.
Abundant Life Family Services (ALFS) is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Early Intervention (EI) program serving children and families throughout Philadelphia and Bala Cynwyd. ALFS provides physical, cognitive, communication, social-emotional, and adaptive developmental services to children and their families across home, clinic, childcare, school, and community-based settings. We specialize in Early Intervention services for children ages 3–5 with developmental delays and autism, partnering with families to promote independence, participation, and long-term developmental success.
Position Summary
The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement occupational therapy treatment plans for children ages 3–5 enrolled in Early Intervention. This role functions as part of a holistic, interdisciplinary care team supporting children and families in accordance with approved IEPs and EI service plans.

Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and ongoing assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with EI goals Provide direct occupational therapy services in natural learning environments Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members Utilize evidence-based and developmentally appropriate intervention strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress reports and clinical outcomes
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license (required) Minimum of one (1) year of pediatric OT experience; Early Intervention experience preferred Experience working with children ages 3–5 with developmental delays Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range
