Provide direct English Language Development instruction to grades 9-12 and coach other teachers on instructional strategies for English Learners. Manage program compliance and use student achievement data to improve educational outcomes across multiple campuses.
Requires a valid Arizona Teaching Certificate with SEI Endorsement and a Fingerprint Clearance Card. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience working with English Language Learners and at-risk student populations.

Bilingual abilities Experience integrating technology into instruction Experience coaching and mentoring educators Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong understanding of research-based instructional strategies for ELLs Ability to analyze and apply AZELLA and student achievement data Skilled in differentiated instruction and assessment design Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to model and coach effective instructional practices Proficiency in integrating technology into instruction Self-motivated with strong initiative and organizational skills Performance Responsibilities Teachers/Staff Support: Deliver differentiated instruction and interventions for EL students Provide professional development and training on ELL strategies and compliance Coach and support teachers through modeling, co-teaching, and feedback Guide staff in data analysis and data-driven instructional planning Facilitate collaborative and reflective teaching practices Student Instruction: Deliver high-quality instruction tailored to diverse learning needs Develop lesson plans and instructional materials aligned to ELP standards Provide small group and individualized instruction Monitor and document student progress, including AZELLA data Support academic and social-emotional growth of students Maintain accurate student records and compliance documentation Program Operations: Support development and implementation of ELD programs Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements Analyze and communicate student data to stakeholders Collaborate with school leadership to improve student outcomes General Duties: Lead and support ELD program functions including curriculum, instruction, and assessment Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff Perform additional duties as assigned Career Success Schools is committed to fostering an inclusive environment and encourages candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply.
