Position Summary
For this part-time position, assist head coach with day-to-day operations of the program; assist with all coaching responsibilities; off campus and on campus recruiting; use of Front Rush; skill development of athletes; and all other duties as assigned by head coach.
Albright is an NCAA Division III member institution as well as a member of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC), and the Commonwealth Conference.
Essential Job Functions
- Assist head coach with day to day coaching.
- Recruit prospective student athletes on and off campus. Evaluate athletic talent for recruits.
- Organize recruiting communications and campus visits.
- Assist with planning and implementation of practices.
- Manage team social media accounts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Prerequisites
- COMMUNICATION: Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- SKILLS: Playing and/or coaching Ice Hockey necessary.
