Position Summary

The candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills as well as outstanding leadership potential. Albright is an NCAA Division III member institution as well as a member of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC), and the Commonwealth Conference.

For this part-time position, assist the head coach in developing athletes from a wide range of sports in helping the athletes to reach their full potential.

Essential Job Functions

1. Assist head coach with day to day coaching. 2. Set workout schedules 3. Assist with designing sport specific workout schedules. 4. Coach athletes on proper techniques for maximum results and injury prevention. 5. Record and report testing results. 6. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Prerequisites

1. Communication

  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. 2.
  • SKILLS: Experience in college fitness center, proper lifting techniques. 3.
  • Employment
  • EXPERIENCE: Coaching experience at high school or college level preferred. 4.
  • EDUCATION: College degree or equivalent required. Experience as a college athlete preferred 5.
  • LICENSES: CSCS certification, or equivalent, required. CPR and First Aid required. Child clearances required.
