Responsibilities
Include: Assisting with autism and developmental evaluations Supporting intake, paperwork, records collection, and family communication Providing Spanish-English language support/interpreter assistance Organizing testing materials and supporting clinicians during assessments Traveling to clinics and community-based sites across Kansas
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, child development, education, social work, or related field Fluent in English and Spanish Experience working with children and families preferred Valid driver’s license and ability to travel statewide Formal interpreter training (40-hour program) required or willingness to complete within 90 days of hire Preferred: Experience with autism, developmental evaluations, or pediatric behavioral health Medical interpreter certification (CCHI or NBCMI/CMI)
