What you’ll be doing
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and/or center settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and track data with accuracy (Rethink platform)
- Maintain high-quality, consistent session delivery (BIP fidelity)
- Communicate progress and observations with your BCBA and team
- Participate in onboarding check-ins (7-day & 30-day support system)

What you bring
- Active RBT Certification

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with data collection
