Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Female ABA Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA services to a 10yo, non-verbal child in Neptune City, NJ. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Thursday

Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills

Collect data and document session progress

Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required

Experience working with children preferred

RBT Certification preferred but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills bilingual a plus

Reliable and dependable

Ability to pass required background screenings
