Position overview
The BCBA will play a key role in conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing clinical oversight to ensure the highest standard of care. This position requires strong clinical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Oversee implementation of treatment plans and ensure clinical quality and fidelity
- Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and paraprofessionals
- Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and adjust programming as needed
- Provide parent and caregiver training to support generalization of skills
- Design and adapt individualized programs based on assessment results and clinical data

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Experience working with children in behavioral health and/or special education settings
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
