Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS) is seeking a skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing, mission-driven team. Position overview

The BCBA will play a key role in conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing clinical oversight to ensure the highest standard of care. This position requires strong clinical expertise, leadership, and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Oversee implementation of treatment plans and ensure clinical quality and fidelity
  • Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and paraprofessionals
  • Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and adjust programming as needed
  • Provide parent and caregiver training to support generalization of skills
  • Design and adapt individualized programs based on assessment results and clinical data

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Experience working with children in behavioral health and/or special education settings
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
