Compensation

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide clinical oversight for clients receiving ABA services Supervise and support Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Monitor client progress and make data-driven programming adjustments Collaborate with families and caregivers Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA service delivery Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Eligible for Maryland licensure Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience required Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work independently in a growing and evolving environment
