• The Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Columbia, MD.

• This is a full-time, salaried position offering a guaranteed base salary with additional monthly bonus potential based on performance.
• Total earning potential ranges from $85,000 – $105,000 annually.
• You will work across both in-home and clinic settings, with increasing clinic-based services as the location continues to grow.
• This is a full-time position that requires reasonable flexibility in work hours to meet client, clinical, and operational needs.
• Schedules are generally aligned with clinic operations, with occasional adjustments as necessary to ensure continuity of care, regulatory compliance, staff support, and operational effectiveness.

Compensation

$85,000 – $105,000 total earning potential (base salary plus monthly bonus) (Employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full-time)

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide clinical oversight for clients receiving ABA services Supervise and support Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Monitor client progress and make data-driven programming adjustments Collaborate with families and caregivers Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA service delivery Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Eligible for Maryland licensure Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience required Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work independently in a growing and evolving environment
