Job description
- Autism Center of Excellence is expanding into the South Concord, NC area and is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help establish and grow services within the community. This is a unique opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys autonomy, leadership, and helping shape the future of a growing market while still having the support and resources of an established ABA organization. Unlike many startup opportunities, you won't be building alone. Autism COE already operates successful ABA programs across multiple states and provides operational, administrative, clinical, billing, credentialing, recruiting, and leadership support. We are looking for a BCBA who is excited about helping children and families access high-quality ABA services while playing a key role in establishing our presence in the South Concord community. - Paid onboarding and training Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and oversee ABA programming and behavior intervention plans
- Provide parent training and caregiver support
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians as services expand
- Monitor client progress and make clinical modifications as needed
- Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with families, referral sources, and interdisciplinary providers
- Support growth and development of ABA services within the market Position Highlights:

Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field required
- Must be eligible to practice in North Carolina
- Prior ABA clinical experience required
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills preferred
- Comfortable working in a growing and evolving environment
- Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families
