Description Behavior Specialist Full-Time | Travel Required Support Growth. Drive Meaningful Change.

Join The Kennedy Collective, a mission-driven nonprofit serving people with disabilities across Connecticut for more than 75 years. As a Behavior Specialist, you’ll develop and implement behavior support plans, train staff, and provide clinical guidance across multiple programs. This role blends direct support, staff training, and program development to improve outcomes and quality of care.

Requirements
