A Substitute Teacher is responsible for teaching and supervising students in the absence of the regular teacher. They must follow lesson plans, manage classroom behavior, and ensure the safety and well-being of students.
A high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor's degree in education or a related field preferred. A teaching certification or substitute teacher permit may also be required, along with strong communication and classroom management skills.
