Job description
- Healthcare United is seeking an Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join a large and well-supported primary care network in Northern Illinois. This position is 100 percent outpatient and offers a flexible schedule within a collaborative environment supported by specialists and advanced practice providers. Physicians will have the opportunity to develop a practice aligned with their interests while maintaining strong work life balance. Teaching opportunities are available for those interested in working with medical students and residents
- Join an established primary care team with strong specialty support
- 100 percent outpatient family medicine practice with flexible scheduling options
- Provide comprehensive care including preventative services chronic disease management and acute care
- Opportunity to participate in teaching with medical students and residents

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Requirements
