The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, creating individualized plans of care, and delivering hands-on, patient-centered treatment and education. They must also monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Candidates must be a Licensed Physical Therapist or have the ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice. A strong passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care is also required.
