The Peer Mentor will be paired with 10 to 15 incoming TRIO SSS participants (Mentees) to connect them to the program's culture of support, academic resources, and an informed peer before classes start. Mentors must work with Mentees in one-on-one and group settings throughout the academic year while maintaining communication with the program coordinator.
