The Paraprofessional-Adult Assistant provides one-on-one behavioral support to an assigned student both inside and outside the classroom according to their Individualized Education Program (IEP). Other duties include collecting data, providing crisis intervention using CPI methods, and assisting students with adaptive living skills like dressing and toileting.
