The Language Evaluator supports entry-level individual contributors by assessing the proficiency level of missionaries and teacher applicants in Hmong using the ACTFL Proficiency Guidelines. These ratings are reported to the Language Evaluation Supervisor to help determine missionary placement and applicant employment eligibility.
