The Senior Instructor will serve as the lead instructor for assigned youth sailing sessions, planning and leading structured on-the-water instruction covering basics of sailing, seamanship, and basic racing skills. Responsibilities also include conducting land-based instruction, maintaining supervision of sailors, assessing skill progression, and mentoring junior coaches.
