Children’s Respite Support

About You

• Able to provide 3 references: 2 non-family childcare-related (paid or unpaid) and 1 character reference At least 1 year of childcare experience (special needs experience a plus!)
• Compassionate, reliable, and safety-focused
• Minimum age: 18 years old Reliable vehicle + valid driver’s license CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain—we’ll reimburse you!) Available for shifts of at least 4 hours (evenings are often requested more than mornings) Comfortable working with children ages 6 months–12+ years Must be able to lift 35 lbs, be active, and react quickly to ensure child safety
