• HealthFitness is seeking enthusiastic Swim Instructors to join our Aquatics Team in Downers Grove, IL.
• In this role you’ll deliver fun, safe, and confidence‑building swim instruction for children through private and small‑group lessons—designing personalized programs that help every young swimmer thrive.

• Design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.
• Minimum Requirements Must be at least 17 years old.
• Adult & Child CPR/AED certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days.
• Must have a strong swim background.
• Proficiency in all swim strokes.
• The compensation range for this role is $16/hr - $20/hr.
• The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
