Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field, with a teaching certification preferred. Experience in Pre-K or Kindergarten settings and strong classroom management skills are highly desired.

Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards Deliver high-quality instruction that encourages active participation and exploration Assess student progress through observations, assessments, and classroom activities Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture Maintain accurate records of attendance, student progress, and classroom documentation Collaborate effectively with families, colleagues, and school leadership Support the social, emotional, and academic development of each child Incorporate creative teaching strategies and educational technology to enhance learning
