The Goddard School of Fairfield is seeking an experienced, creative, and passionate Pre-K Teacher to join our award-winning team. Plan and implement engaging lessons using Goddard's Wonder of Learning® curriculum Foster kindergarten readiness through literacy, math, science, social-emotional learning, and problem-solving experiences Create a classroom environment that promotes independence, confidence, and a love of learning Document children's growth and learning through observations and portfolios Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom activities, milestones, and student progress Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership team members to ensure a high-quality educational experience
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred or current CDA Previous experience teaching Pre-K-aged children required Strong classroom management and communication skills Passion for early childhood education and child-centered learning
