Provide therapy and intervention services to kindergarten students focusing on expressive, receptive, and pragmatic language skills. Collaborate with teachers and families while managing IEP meetings and maintaining compliant documentation.
Requires a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology (MSLP). Experience with elementary and middle school populations is strongly preferred.
$60,000 - $75,000 (based on experience) What You’ll Do: Provide therapy and intervention services to students Address expressive/receptive language and pragmatic skills Support students with behavior management needs as related to communication Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements Caseload Details: Typical caseload will be 50-60 students (10-12 students per day) If working in special programs, caseload will be 30-35 students Access to shared office space
