Assist in managing a Division I Softball program, including game preparation, coaching, and player conditioning. Handle recruitment, retention of student-athletes, and maintain compliance with NCAA and MEAC regulations.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and coaching experience at the college or high school level. Must possess a strong understanding of NCAA rules and the ability to promote an inclusive environment.
