• In addition, the assistant coach is responsible for abiding by all rules and regulations of Howard University, the NCAA, and the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) to ensure departmental compliance.
• EXPERIENCE DESIRED Softball Skills: Defense- outfield preferred Organizational Skills Communication Skills Time-Management Skills Computer & Data and Technology Skills MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree Experience coaching at the college level, high school level and/or equivalent professional experience An understanding of the rules and policies of the NCAA Ability to work with diverse individuals and promote an inclusive environment Compliance

Salary Range
