The BCBA will conduct initial and functional behavior assessments to develop individualized intervention plans for clients with autism. They are also responsible for supervising Registered Behavior Technicians and collaborating with families and service providers.
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis and a BCBA license through the BACB. Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles are required.
