The teacher is responsible for ensuring scholars master academic and social skills through rigorous instruction and ambitious goal setting. Key duties include tracking scholar progress, assessing for mastery, and implementing interventions to meet growth goals in ELA and Math.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher and a valid State Teacher License or be enrolled in a credentialing program. Experience in using data to drive instruction and a passion for working in underserved communities are required.
