The teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and structured classroom environment to support the spiritual, emotional, social, and cognitive development of 3-year-olds. They will integrate Catholic values into daily instruction while fostering curiosity and independence in students.
Candidates must have satisfactory BCI and FBI background checks and be willing to attend Virtus training. Excellent communication skills are required, and familiarity with the Montessori Method or Catechesis of the Good Shepherd is strongly preferred.

The 3-Year-Old Preschool Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing, structured, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment that supports the spiritual, emotional, social, and cognitive development of young children. The successful candidate will foster curiosity, independence, wonder, and joy while thoughtfully integrating Catholic values into daily instruction and classroom life, in keeping with the Dominican emphasis on truth and joyful discovery.
Familiarity with or training in the Montessori Method and/or Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) is strongly preferred.
