Instruct high-functioning adults with special needs in vocational, employment, and independent living skills. Plan and implement engaging activities while providing hands-on support to promote personal independence.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with IDD and a valid driver's license. An associate's degree or relevant college credits in human services and supervisory experience are preferred.

Ability to grasp and teach vocational skills as well as promote personal independence.
Provide hands on support to individuals as needed
Plan and implement engaging activities with the individuals
Organization skills, flexibility and the ability to handle multiple projects.
Good written and oral communication skills
Associate’s degree or relevant college credits in the human service field preferred.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with IDD.
Demonstrates a working knowledge of team leadership.
Computer skills

Ability to pass physical and drug screening
FBI Federal Criminal History Record (fingerprinting): TB testing
