Support nursing students through workshops, remediation sessions, and one-on-one meetings to improve course performance and NCLEX readiness. Collaborate with faculty to identify at-risk students and develop innovative initiatives to enhance student persistence and success.
Requires a Master's degree in nursing, education, or administration and a professional nurse licensure. Candidates must have at least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in direct patient care or education.
Education and experience must align with state regulations and comply with the rules and regulations of state authorization agencies. Master’s degree in nursing, education or administration required. Professional nurse licensure required. A minimum of two years as a Registered Nurse providing direct patient care or equivalent and/or education.
