The childcare teacher is responsible for implementing individual education plans and providing a safe, high-quality learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. They support the lead teacher in curriculum delivery, child assessment, and maintaining strong relationships with families.
A high school diploma is required, while an associate degree in Early Childhood Education and 2+ years of experience are preferred. Candidates must be physically able to lift 25-35 lbs and stand or kneel for long periods.
