The Lecturer will teach 12 hours per semester, develop education classes, and provide academic advising to students. They are also expected to engage in service activities within the department, university, and profession.
Candidates must have a Master's degree with at least 18 hours toward a terminal degree and 3 years of experience in P-12 settings. Expertise in the science of reading and a commitment to inclusive teaching practices are required.

Washburn University's Education Department invites applications for a Lecturer with possible conversion to tenure track after three years. This is a 9-month, full-time position to begin August 1, 2026.
