Responsibilities vary by placement but may include: Deliver specialized instruction to students receiving special education services Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and related service providers Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies and interventions Support students' academic, behavioral, social, and functional growth Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district special education regulations Foster inclusive and supportive learning environments
