Responsible for the supervision, safety, and welfare of clients with disabilities while promoting their independence and personal fulfillment. This includes implementing individualized treatment goals and utilizing behavior management strategies to ensure a safe environment.
Candidates must possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Strong communication skills in English and basic computer proficiency for report writing are required.
