Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom by preparing intentional learning spaces and assisting children with individualized activities. Collaborate with Lead Guides to foster a calm, engaging environment that promotes independence and confidence in children ages 0-6.
Candidates should have experience working with children ages 0-6 in a childcare or preschool setting. A positive, collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in the Montessori approach are required.
