The Lead Teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children. They manage classroom operations, implement curriculum, and build strong relationships with families to support child achievement.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. They must be able to meet state education requirements and be physically capable of engaging with children indoors and outdoors.
