What the Role Involves
Direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism and related needs Implementing behavior intervention plans with fidelity Managing challenging behaviors safely and professionally Staying calm, engaged, and supportive during difficult moments Accurate data collection and documentation Professional communication with supervisors and families Adapting to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software Working in in‑home, school, and/or clinic‑based settings
What We’re Looking For Candidates with
A heart for this population Resilience under stress Willingness to learn and adapt Ownership of their professional growth Reliability, motivation, and strong follow‑through Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans Prior experience in ABA or related field (preferred, not required) Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus) Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required) Spanish language proficiency (able to communicate and perform the role in Spanish)
Schedule Requirement
Available Shifts
Orange County. Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (3 hours each day)
