The BCBA is responsible for developing and implementing behavioral assessments and treatment programs for children and their families. They will also oversee case management activities and provide training to parents and caregivers.
Candidates must have a Master's degree in a relevant field and BCBA certification or be awaiting examination. A minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required.

· Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education / special education, or a related field · BCBA Certification required or waiting to take BACB examination within 30 days. · Current / ability to obtain Behavior Analyst Licensure (if state requires) · At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders · Experience in behavioral assessment and treatment · Excellent time management and organizational skills · Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills · Experience with children on the autism spectrum · Possess a Valid Driver’s license
