The instructor will teach at least one online, asynchronous section of an ancient and medieval history course per semester. They will contribute to the History program by delivering introductory courses in these fields.
A master's degree in History or a relevant field is required, along with a successful criminal background check. A Ph.D. and prior experience in undergraduate or online asynchronous teaching are preferred.
The Department of History and American Studies seeks a part-time instructor to teach at least one online, asynchronous section per semester of an ancient and medieval history course.
The successful candidate will contribute to the History program through teaching introductory ancient and medieval history.
