Description Job Summary.... The Family Support Worker (FSW) provides information and educational resources to family members in addition to providing referrals to community resources.

What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference.... Qualifications

  • Experience working with youth and families
  • Experience working with educational systems preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
