• This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Preschool Teacher, Pre-K Teacher, Early Childhood Educator, EEC Certified Teacher, Childcare Teacher, Daycare Teacher, or Lead Teacher who is passionate about providing high-quality care and education in a supportive, child-centered environment.
• As a Preschool Teacher, you will guide children through important developmental milestones while fostering social-emotional growth, school readiness, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

• What You'll Do Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging preschool classroom environment.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and learning activities aligned with Massachusetts EEC guidelines and best practices in early childhood education.
• Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development through hands-on learning experiences.
• Foster kindergarten readiness by encouraging early literacy, math, science, and critical-thinking skills.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Observe, assess, and document children's growth and developmental progress.
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
• Use positive behavior guidance techniques to support a respectful and inclusive classroom culture.
• Collaborate with center leadership and fellow educators to ensure the highest quality educational experience for every child.

• What You'll Need to Succeed Qualified candidates should meet the following requirements: Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
• Experience working in a licensed childcare center, preschool, daycare, or early learning program preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and creating meaningful learning experiences.
