- Instruction: Teach undergraduate students in skills labs, simulation labs, and clinical organizations.
Evaluation
Provide both formative (ongoing) and summative (final) student performance reviews.
Mentorship
Help students connect classroom theory to hands-on clinical practice.
Development
Guide students in building critical thinking and clinical judgment skills.

Follow the philosophy, mission, and values of the Nursing Department.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
Experience
Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a relevant field.
Licensure
Unencumbered Wisconsin RN license and Illinois licensure if needed.
Clearances
Must pass a criminal history and background check.
Certifications
Up-to-date CPR certification and required immunizations.
Knowledge
Deep understanding of health assessments, medications, treatments, and diagnoses.
