Job description

Speech-Language Pathologist (Hybrid) Lakewood, WA| Full-Time (30-40 hours/week)

At Cole Health, we’re looking for a skilled CCC-SLP who is passionate about providing high-quality care while working in a collaborative, supportive environment.

This hybrid role is designed for clinicians who value flexibility, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow—while continuing to focus on hands-on pediatric therapy.

Compensation (W2 | Pay Per Visit) • Treatment Visits

  • $45–$55 per 30 minute visit (equivalent to $90–$110/hour)
  • Evaluations: $120 per evaluation
  • SLPA/CF
  • Supervision: $50 per supervision
  • Meetings: $25 per hour
